We offer a 30-day refund policy on all eligible IoTX™ products purchased directly from our official website or authorized sellers.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact IoTX™ Support at support@iotx.io with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).

  3. Ship the product back to us at the address provided by our support team.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

4. Exchanges
