We offer a 30-day refund policy on all eligible IoTX™ products purchased directly from our official website or authorized sellers.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund:

The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.

Proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Refund

Contact IoTX™ Support at support@iotx.io with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).

Ship the product back to us at the address provided by our support team.
Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

4. Exchanges
